Bryan Danielson’s accolades as a professional wrestler certainly need no introductions as they proved to be one of the best in the business. He spent several years working in WWE as one of their top stars and towards the end of his run, Bryan Danielson was even part of WWE Creative.

Danielson’s debut in AEW is considered one of the most impactful debuts in recent memory as well. Danielson had previously mentioned his desire to wrestle in other pro wrestling companies and that’s exactly what he did in the end.

Bryan Danielson also previously stated that AEW is a company that focuses on pro wrestling while WWE isn’t company for pro wrestling fans.

While speaking to WDEL, Bryan Danielson said that AEW is modernizing professional wrestling and because of that the company has managed to attract younger fans.

“The one thing that I think is really cool about AEW is that if you haven’t watched wrestling in a long time, or you’ve fallen away from it, I encourage you to check it out because AEW is modernizing professional wrestling. A lot of professional wrestling has been stuck in an older mindset, but I think younger fans are really being drawn to AEW because they’re modernizing. The world has changed so much in the 20 years since I started wrestling. The speed at which we expect things to happen has changed so much. AEW has taken those changes and put them into the wrestling.”

AEW continues to change up their product as much as they can and it will be interesting to see whether they can fullly capitalize on their momentum in the coming months or not.
