Sami Zayn went through a huge change in character over the past year, as he went from babyface to a conniving heel. His current gimmick sees him as a conspiracy theorist who thinks WWE is out to get him at every opportunity. Zayn is also hell-bent on finishing up his documentary and show the world that he never lied in the first place.

Sami Zayn’s feud with the likes of Kevin Owens over the years has drawn a lot of praise from fans and pro wrestlers alike. Zayn continues to hone his craft and is a highlight of WWE television.

During Night Two of this year’s edition of the WWE Draft on Monday Night RAW, Sami Zayn found out that he will remain on Friday Night Smackdown at the end of the sixth round of draft picks. After the conclusion of the show, WWE on Fox confirmed that Zayn was chosen last.

“Sometimes you leave the best for last. #WWEDraft”

Sami Zayn replied to WWE’s tweet as he made it clear that Zayn was livid after being picked dead last in a profane tweet.

“Imagine drafting the most versatile and complete wrestler on earth DEAD F—-ING LAST in your draft and then acting like it was all part of the master plan.”

Sami Zayn last competed on WWE television on the September 17 edition of Friday Night Smackdown where he defeated Dominik Mysterio in a singles match.
