WWE is changing in big way, especially in the NXT brand. Johnny Gargano was a featured act in NXT for a long time, but NXT 2.0 might have ushered Johnny Wrestling out of their equation. At 34-years-old, Gargano could be looking toward his next chapter.

Gargano’s current WWE contract is up on December 3rd, and a new deal is expected to be offered sometime in the Fall. That hasn’t happened yet, but fans are paying very close attention to his activities outside of the ring.

Sometime in the last week, Gargano removed references to NXT from his social media profile. Many fans noticed this and a screenshot was widely shared across the IWC, adding even more intrigue in his current situation.

Candice LeRae and Johnny Gargano appeared as part of the InDex Honeymoon skits last week, but they were absent this week. Dexter Lumis was also missing from this week’s show, but Indi Hartwell explained that she wore him out on their Honeymoon.

Hopefully, Johnny Gargano will find something to do in NXT 2.0 while his contract runs out. The fact that he removed NXT from his social media is a very interesting thought to consider at a time like this,
