Bryan Danielson is a veteran in the pro wrestling business, having wrestled in various promotions all over the world before making his way to WWE. Many believed Danielson’s debut in AEW would be huge deal and it seems they were right. Danielson made his debut at AEW All Out and utterly shocked the pro wrestling world to its core.

After the conclusion of the show, Bryan Danielson cut a promo to the crowd, where he made it clear that he chose to come to AEW because he simply loved professional wrestling and wanted to wrestle.

Bryan Danielson also made it clear that his wife Brie Bella will not make her way to AEW as she has close ties with WWE.

While speaking on the Sippin’ the Tea show with Ariane Andrew, Brie Bella talked about Bryan Danielson being conflicted as to whether he should have stayed in WWE or joined AEW. Ultimately, Bella didn’t want to help Danielson on making a decision as she wanted him to make it himself.

“I have to tell you, all summer long, he kept contemplating, kept going back and forth. He took the summer off and I just remember every other day, he honestly didn’t know where he was gonna end up, and then just finally, one day it spoke to him, he felt it. Because I was like, ‘I am not helping you make a decision. You’re 40 years old, this is probably going to be your last run. So you have to just let your heart tell you where to go.’ I’m like, ‘Just because I’m with WWE, doesn’t mean you have to be there,’ because I don’t know if I’ll make a comeback. To be honest, I told Nicole, maybe in a year or so. But like right now, my life — we’re so busy with our companies and the kids, like taking Birdie to school. That’s a whole thing in itself.”

Bryan Danielson is set to square off against Nick Jackson on this week’s episode of AEW Rampage. We will have to wait and see how will come out on top in the match.
