Bryan Danielson left WWE and ended up in AEW, but that doesn’t change how he feels about his old boss. Vince McMahon was even willing to let Bryan wrestle in the G1 Climax, but the Bearded GOAT decided to be a wrestler for AEW instead.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer brought up Bryan Danielson’s situation and how much respect he has for McMahon. Danielson even keeps a notebook full of things he picked up by working with The Chairman for so long.

“He’s got like, a notebook full of things he’s learned from Vince McMahon over the years. Every time he learned something from Vince he writes it down, he’s got a book of things he’s learned from Vince McMahon. He has incredible respect for Vince McMahon.”

Bryan Danielson loved his time in WWE, but he also has a ton of friends in AEW. Danielson fit in just fine in the AEW locker room, and now we have to wonder if he’s starting a new notebook full of things he learned from Tony Khan.
