Renee Paquette left WWE and started working on her own projects. Her Oral Sessions podcast was met with lot of praise, and she also dropped that cookbook she was talking about doing for years. She might still be waiting for that part in Hallmark Christmas movie, but the former Renee Young has a new gig.
SiriusXM announced today that “Throwing Down with Renee & Miesha” will debut on September 13th. This will see Paquette pair up with fighter Miesha Tate. The show will air on SiriusXM’s Fight Nation.
STARTING MONDAY 9/13, you can catch @ReneePaquette and @MieshaTate on ‘Throwing Down with Renee & Miesha’ every Monday afternoon from 2-5pm ET on @SIRIUSXM Fight Nation Channel 156
We will have to see if Renee ever makes her way to AEW. It’s not impossible to imagine, but her WWE release came with a one-year non-compete clause. So, that just ran out around SummerSlam time.
It looks like Renee Paquette’s career is going very well as she now has a new gig talking about MMA. We can only assume that pro wrestling will find its way into the conversation as well.
