WWE and AEW’s Wednesday Night War started in October 2019 as AEW Dynamite and NXT went head-to-head every week in order to see who would come out the better show. AEW Dynamite would win in the ratings war for the majority of the time. The Wars finally came to an end in April after NXT moved to Tuesday nights. People like Jim Ross believed it was cop out.

Current Impact Wrestling star Karl Anderson was released by WWE last year and it seems he is still quite bitter about his time in the company. Anderson recently trended on social media after going on a tirade on Twitter.

NXT will be undergoing a massive change in the coming weeks which will see Vince McMahon and Bruce Prichard taking over and producing the shows. Karl Anderson took to Twitter and took a shot at WWE by mentioning how WWE gave up on the Wednesday Night Wars too quickly.

On top of that, Karl Anderson claimed that Triple H was to blame for NXT losing to AEW in the Wednesday Night Wars.

“What happened to The Wednesday wars. F**k they gave up quick.

NXT was putting out s**t product constantly, this is on them and Hunter

Anderson wasn’t the only one who blamed Triple H for losing the Wednesday Night Wars as even those in WWE put the blame on him for the same. We will have to wait and see how different NXT will be in the coming weeks.
