This week’s episode of Monday Night RAW featured RAW Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair facing off against Nia Jax in a non-title match. However, the match was a very bizarre one, to say the least. So much so, that it even left Mick Foley confused.

Both competitors delivered stiff shots to each other and the match also included some awkward sports that made fans concerned, especially when Nia Jax delivered a botched backwards suplex to Charlotte Flair.

It was said that Charlotte Flair and Nia Jax tried to work shoot with their match on Monday Night RAW. Ultimately it was a classic case of miscommunication that led to tempers flaring.

While speaking on Table Talk, WWE producer D-Von Dudley shared his thoughts regarding the incident. He believed that people are making a big deal out of it and added that the altercation between the two didn’t continue backstage in the company.

“A lot of people suspect Nia and Charlotte got into it heavy. “I even heard some reports that they were beating each other up in the back. Number one, they weren’t beating each other up in the back. Something happened in the ring, they handled it the way they handled it and they got over it. It’s as simple as that. They got over it. Were things done in the ring? I think it’s obvious. No dirtsheet writer can put me on blast and go, ‘Well, D-Von said…’ No, everybody saw what happened this past Monday. It got a little rough. It happens. It’s not the first time it happened, but of course, everyone is making a big deal out of it.”

With Nia Jax beating Charlotte Flair clea in the ring, it seems Nia Jax will be feuding with Charlotte Flair for her RAW Women’s Title in the coming months. It remains to be seen how the feud will be developed.
