WWE likes to bring back older names of pay-per-view events to provide a dose of nostalgia for pro wrestling fans. They have a ton of properties under their belt and they are bringing back a fan favorite once again this year.

According to PW Insider, NXT will bring back Halloween Havoc again this year. It appears that the episode will air on October 26th, but that has not been 100% confirmed as of this writing. The first NXT Halloween Havoc event took place last year, and it was met with success.

Last year’s Halloween Havoc event was spearheaded by promos featuring Shotzi Blackheart. She is now on the main roster as a part of Shotzi & Nox, but the black and gold brand will still have plenty of stars to fill the card.

NXT is expected to go through a massive amount of changes in the next few week. A new logo design was already revealed and the Capitol Wrestling Center could be in line for a facelift as well. We will have to see what it looks like when NXT returns to live television broadcasts after this set of taped shows are completed.
