WWE is bringing another TakeOver special for fans this weekend, but the black and gold brand will go after the main roster this time around. That is not the typical order of things, but pro wrestling fans should be used to the unusual at this point.

The TakeOver: 36 card seems like it is a lock at this point, far cry from the status of the main roster’s big SummerSlam show. Now we know who will battle on the kickoff show of TakeOver before we know the same thing about SummerSlam.

Ridge Holland will seek to continue his dominant streak as he takes on Trey Baxter in singles action. Holland just returned from injury after suffering a gruesome injury. Now he’s back and ready to prove what he can do.

You can check out the updated NXT TakeOver: 36 card below. We will have continued coverage right here at Ringside News

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
