Bianca Belair and Sasha Banks are set to throw down in a big match this Saturday at SummerSlam. That SmackDown Women’s Title contest was thought to be up in the air after the pair was pulled from two house shows over the weekend. WWE continued promoting their match, and it looks like things are still a go.

WWE provided the reason for Banks and Belair’s absence on “unforeseen circumstances.” That caused many fans to worry about what was really going on. Whatever the issue was seems to be resolved now.

According to a report from PW Insider, Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair are still going to have their match at SummerSlam. They will be cleared to perform on the August 21st show after missing last weekend’s house shows.

For those wondering about the status of Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair after they missed this past weekend’s WWE live events in the Carolinas, PWInsider.com has been told they are “cleared” to perform and barring “something unforeseen” will be at Friday Night Smackdown and Summerslam this coming weekend.

Those unforeseen circumstances are apparently okay at this point. It’s a great thing that the match is still on, because many fans were worried about the status of their WrestleMania rematch.
