Ric Flair Expected To Join AEW After WWE Non-Compete Clause Expires

Ric Flair is one of the greatest pro wrestlers to have ever laced up a pair of boots. He has worked in several different promotions throughout his illustrious career and competed in many iconic matches. Since his recent WWE release, the world is wide open for The Nature Boy. It was previously said that Ric Flair wants one more in-ring run, and he has certainly continued to tease that.

Ric Flair tried to make good on that promise as he recently took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of himself killing it at the gym. He also recently added fuel to the fire of his return to the squared circle in post where Flair declared that he will never retire. Now it seems fans will see Flair in AEW soon.

According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Ric Flair is expected to make his way to AEW once his WWE non-compete clause expires.

While nothing has been announced, the word going around is that it seems to be a lock Ric Flair will be headed here when he is legally able

Ric Flair is currently 72 years old and he last competed inside the squared circle back in 2011 for TNA. Ric Flair will certainly keep himself busy in any way he can, but we have to wonder if Ric Flair will make his way to AEW eventually.
