Mia Yim Doesn’t Want Apologies Over Shade Thrown At Her Over Keith Lee’s Absence

Keith Lee finally let fans know all regarding his extended hiatus, and he made point to mention the hate that fans threw at Mia Yim. He made it very clear that his fiancé did not give him COVID-19, but she did later get it from him, because she refused to leave his side. Needless to say, many fans are apologizing today.

Mia Yim is not shy about speaking her mind. She grilled fans during Lee’s hiatus and made it clear that his situation was none of their business. Now that we know Keith Lee was battling a life-threatening heart inflammation due to COVID-19, the entire store is much clearer.

The former Reckoning logged onto Twitter and said that she doesn’t want to hear those apologies. She simply reminded fans that privacy requests should be honored, no matter who is asking for their own space.

Instead of apologies, when a public figure (or anyone for that matter) asks for privacy, please respect it. Let’s learn from this and be better in the future.

Keith Lee and Mia Yim certainly went through a lot this year, but hopefully much better days are ahead. Yim is very grateful for her fans, but there are always some people who want to spread negativity and rumors instead of honoring requests to be left alone.
