Hiroshi Tanahashi Appears On AEW Dynamite

AEW brought Fight For The Fallen to fans this week, and they had a big surprise via a video package during the show. Hiroshi Tanahashi appeared and he laid down a big challenge.

Hiroshi Tanahashi appeared in a video during Dynamite, so he was not in the building. He could appear live on AEW programming soon, because he made it clear that he is next in line to face the IWGP United States Champion.

Tanahashi did not confirm where this match will take place, but he called dibs on facing the winner of Lance Archer’s IWGP United States Title defense against Hikuleo at Fight For The Fallen.

This isn’t the first time that Tanahashi has appeared on AEW Dynamite via video package. He was also featured during Chris Jericho’s 30th Anniversary celebration.
