John Cena is back in WWE where he will led a Summer of Cena for the company. That first stop already saw him get physical with Roman Reigns and the Usos. He is also still expected to have that SummerSlam match despite The Tribal Chief turning him down.

Cena will be around WWE after SummerSlam, at least for one show. The company has been having some real trouble selling tickets for their September 10th show at Madison Square Garden. Now they have a bit of an extra perk for fans.

It was confirmed today that Cena will be at the September 10th episode of SmackDown. That episode will also be a Super SmackDown with RAW stars as well.

That September 10th date is the only post-SummerSlam appearance that John Cena has been advertised for at this point. We will have to see if his name boosts ticket sales. MSG has been harder to fill this time around due to inflated ticket prices and the fact that fans must show proof of vaccination prior to entering the world’s most famous arena.
