Karrion Kross made his RAW debut this week, but he lost to Jeff Hardy in under two minutes. Needless to say, some fans were not happy about seeing this. NXT held television tapings last night from the Capitol Wrestling Center, and those fans did not forget that Hardy beat the NXT Champion.

Bodyslam.net reports that fans in attendance at the Capitol Wrestling Center last night chanted “Hardy” loudly at Karrion Kross during his entrance. In fact, the chants were such an issue that they made the call to scrap that entrance and try it again.

This was a segment with Karrion Kross and Samoa Joe. The chants were such a problem that they had fans stay around after the show to re-shoot the whole scene. It was also reported from someone in the building that fans were lied to in the process.

“They even lied to us and said something special was going to happen so we wouldn’t leave.” One source said. “[A Crew Member] told me the show wasn’t over. When [we] tried to leave, he told us there was a surprise.”

Re-shooting a segment or spot is not unheard of, especially since live fans haven’t been around for the last 18 moths and pre-taped shows can be easily edited. We’ll have to see if any of those “Hardy” chants are heard on television, but NXT obviously doesn’t want Jeff Hardy’s name chanted at their champion.
