He is incredibly controversial and those fans who flooded Twitter with #FireVelveteenDream might protest tweet at any promoter who books him for their show.

SWF Wrestling is planning an event for September 11th called Home Sweet Home. They had Velveteen Dream booked for the show, but that changed. The company sent out a tweet to inform fans that the Dream is over.

“Tonight we announced Velveteen Dream would be appearing at our Home Sweet Home event. I believe any man can be slandered and have been through other situations in my life unrelated but untrue. After careful consideration, Dream has been removed.”

Patrick Clark might have some difficulty getting started in the pro wrestling world. He received a lot of press over allegations that came out about him. He addressed those allegations in an open letter via a stream of Instagram stories following his release.

We’ll have to see if Velveteen Dream gets any more bookings, but he’s not getting the ball rolling at the SWF show.
