Kenny Omega Called Out By GCW To Face Nick Gage At GCW Homecoming

Kenny Omega is currently the AAA Mega Champion, Impact Wrestling Champion, and also the AEW World Champion. He has been booked as one of the best champions in recent memory and his high work rate speaks for itself.

Kenny Omega made a name for himself with his incredible matches against the likes of Kazuchika Okada and Tetsuya Naito in NJPW and is regarded as one of the best wrestlers in the world right now.

At Impact Wrestling’s Slammiversary event, Don Callis said that Impact World Champion Kenny Omega was tougher than GCW World Champion Nick Gage.

Due to his comments, Game Changer Wrestling took to Twitter and called out Kenny Omega to make his way to GCW Homecoming and face off against Nick Gage.

“Omega “tougher” than Gage? @TheDonCallis what are you smoking pal? You and Kenny are welcome to come and prove it but you have to get in line & the line starts this Saturday at #GCWHomecoming Weekend in AC… Saturday: GAGE vs CARDONA Sunday: GAGE vs OMEGA??? See ya there???”

GCW Homecoming will be taking place next weekend, with Night 1 taking place on July 24th and Night 2 on July 25th. Kenny Omega has yet to respond to what GCW said but it is unlikely he will accept their invitation to compete at GCW Homecoming.
