Mandy Rose showed up in NXT last night and tons of fans had questions. The next morning it was revealed that the Golden Goddess is now back in NXT. This was apparently part of a trade with Aliyah.
It was reported this morning that Aliyah is now on WWE RAW and Mandy Rose is back in NXT. It’s unclear what Mandy Rose will get involved with on the black and gold brand, but Aliyah has worked for seven long years at the WWE Performance Center.
It was reported by Fightful Select that Aliyah’s main roster call-up was talked about for around a month at this point. She apparently impressed WWE officials when they had a chance to take a look at her abilities during a recent scouting trip, and that contributed to her call-up.
Her call up has been rumored for well over a month backstage, as it was said she made a good impression on officials during a scouting trip. By last night, the heavy speculation backstage was that she was moving up.
Aliyah will be on WWE RAW as live fans return, and that is great timing for her. The trick will be to introduce Aliyah in a way that makes sense, because fans might reject an outright trade with Mandy Rose at this point. This is certainly an interesting situation and it has our attention.
