WWE is faced with a difficult decision when it comes to Jimmy Uso. The popular Superstar is involved in one of the company’s best storylines, but he was arrested on Monday night with a DUI charge. That has led to a serious situation for him.

Ringside News exclusively reported that WWE had not handed own a decision about what they will do with Jimmy Uso as of yesterday. They were focusing on getting next week’s episode of RAW taped. The company is now dealing with SmackDown and a verdict could come down soon.

This was Jimmy Uso’s third DUI arrest, even though the second one in 2019 was given not guilty verdict.

Fightful Select reports that there is legit heat on Jimmy Uso internally as many are disappointed. “Numerous talent, staff, and high level WWE names” have expressed “unanimous concern” about Jimmy Uso “across the board.”

Fightful has spoken to numerous talent, staff, and high level WWE names this week about their feelings on Uso, and there’s unanimous concern across the board for him personally.

We will have to see how WWE handles this situation. It was previously noted that some within the company are happy that WWE didn’t provide the standard “talent are responsible for their own actions” response. This could be a sign that WWE will step in and do something this time. As of this writing, no such official edict has been handed down regarding Jimmy Uso.

Keep checking back with Ringside News as we continue monitoring this ongoing story.
