The July 2nd edition of Friday Night SmackDown will include Edge. He will be in the ThunderDome to progress his current feud with Roman Reigns. Those two have unfinished business from WrestleMania.

Edge likely has Seth Rollins to deal with after Roman Reigns. Ringside News was able to confirm that is still the current plan. It is unknown whether the Universal Title will be in play between Edge and Rollins, because Roman Reigns will have John Cena to battle at the biggest party of the summer.
