Randy Orton wasn’t on RAW this week, but Matt Riddle still submitted letter on his behalf. That letter said, “aloha” a couple of times which means “hello” and “goodbye.” This was made very clear, but fans didn’t see The Viper at all on the show.

Despite Riddle’s letter saying “aloha” twice on it, there was no report that Orton was vacationing in Hawaii. PW Insider did confirm that Orton was not backstage during RAW this week. It is unclear exactly why he was absent.

Since everyone has emailed asking, there was no clear indication backstage last night as to why Randy Orton was not Raw.

Randy Orton will also not be in the Money in the Bank match. Riddle lost the last chance triple threat match to Drew McIntyre, meaning that the Scottish Warrior has another way to get back to the WWE Title if he can pull down that coveted briefcase.

We’ll have to see when Randy Orton returns as WWE Officials Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville said that The Viper missed RAW dur to circumstances that were out of their control.
