Tyler Breeze has been with WWE since 2010 after starting in FCW. He was once looked at as someone who could break out on the WWE main roster, but he soon became a comedy character instead. Breeze thrived in that comedy role and eventually paired up with Fandango to create The Fashion Police and so many more great angles. Now his time in WWE is over.

According to Sean Sapp, Tyler Breeze was released today. His name joins a growing number of talented people that WWE decided to cut today.

Breeze was released along with Fandango. Now Breezango are no more, because WWE owns that name. The two could always find themselves meeting up somewhere else eventually.

Other releases today included August Grey, Ever Rise, Ariya Daivari, Tony Nese, and writer Kenice Mobley. We will have to see if more come through.

Tyler Breeze operates a wrestling school with AEW star Shawn Spears. He has other projects outside of WWE, and now he can have more time to focus on that. Breezango’s release was a bit of a surprise, especially considering the focus they were receiving on NXT.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
