CM Punk walked away from the pro wrestling business and took on many different roles and projects. The Second City Savior is also a man who many WWE fans would love to have come back, if only for a chat with “Stone Cold” Steve Austin.

The Texas Rattlesnake’s Broken Skull Sessions have lit up many fans’ social media feeds. Some fans would like to see CM Punk take a deep dive with Austin, but that isn’t happening as long as the same royalty system is in place.

Punk was asked by a fan during a recent Q&A if he would do a Broken Skull Sessions. The answer is “not,” and it had everything to do with money.

Money. Nobody gets any royalties for anything shown on peacock. Nobody. Yay wrestling biz!

CM Punk knows how to make a good deal and he doesn’t work for free. He also doesn’t appreciate others making money off of his work when he doesn’t see a dime. Obviously, as a former WWE Superstar, he knows exactly what that feels like.

What’s your take on CM Punk on the Broken Skull Sessions? Would it be an epic three-part episode? Sound off in the comments!
