Chris Jericho is a true veteran in the pro wrestling world as he has competed all over the world in various promotions, including WWE. He has competed for over three decades and has worked with the best of the best in the pro wrestling world.

It was reported by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Chris Jericho’s NJPW contract had expired, with his last match being against Hiroshi Tanahashi.

Many fans thought Jericho’s NJPW contract had only recently expired but that isn’t the case at all. Chris Jericho took to Twitter and blasted news outlets for posting old news about his contract satus.

While his contract had expired, that doesn’t mean Jericho is done with the promotion as Chris Jericho recently stated that there is a lot of unfinished business left in NJPW. We will have to see when he will go to NJPW again.
