Buddy Murphy was among the six names of Superstars who were released from WWE. He spent 8 years working for Vince McMahon’s company and now his time is over. He doesn’t sound bitter, but he is excited about the next steps in his adventure.

Murphy broke his silence with two tweets to address his WWE release. He said whether he received three or twenty minutes, he still gave his all. Then he followed that up by saying that the world is about to know what the best kept secret is all about.

So Today ends my 8 years with WWE! What a crazy ride! Highest of Highs, Lowest of Lows, but whether I had 3 minutes or 20 minutes I put all my effort into my performances! Nothing is harder when all you want to do is wrestle but you can’t! In my opinion I haven’t even hit my peak

yet and I’m excited to see what the next adventure holds. I was lucky enough to work with some of the best talent in the world and learnt a tremendous amount. But trust me… the whole world will know what I meant by “Best Kept Secret”

Thank you all!

Buddy Murphy is an amazing tag team wrestler and the fact that Wesley Blake is also on the free agent market shouldn’t be lost on anyone. There was actually talk within WWE about pairing the two up again prior to both of their firings.

We’ll have to see what’s next for Buddy Murphy, but he will make some kind of mark wherever he lands.

Where do you see Buddy Murphy showing up next? Sound off in the comments!
