It is very possible that Moose will receive his Impact Wrestling World Title shot against Kenny Omega at Slammiversary on July 17th. It was noted in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the current thinking says that Moose isn’t leaving the company and he might have already inked a new deal.

Right now it looks like Moose is either close to agreeing to sign a new deal or has done so, and that changes the dynamic of Omega vs. Moose from when it would be Moose’s last big match in the company. So Omega vs. Moose could be at Slammiversary

Kenny Omega and Don Callis were only at one day of the last set of Impact Wrestling television tapings. The company didn’t need them for the last three days of shooting. It’s unclear how long Omega will hold the company’s top title, but Moose is certainly a man who could give The Cleaner a big challenge.
