Vince McMahon is a tough man to get ahold of. Often times it takes hours of waiting just to talk to him. Pitching an idea to the Chairman is a privilege, and it also takes a lot of patience. It seems that getting McMahon’s ear is harder than ever now.
While speaking to Fightful, Steve Cutler said that he would wait in line to speak with Vince McMahon just like everyone else. He did this right alongside Chelsea Green and others. Bayley even said that they were doing the right thing by showing determination.
Then they were eventually told to stop waiting outside of Vince McMahon’s office. They were told to go to catering instead and someone would “come and get them when they’re ready.”
Cutler eventually got a meeting with Bruce Prichard where the idea of being King Corbin’s knights came up. They went with the plan, but then Cutler caught COVID-19 and was fired afterward.
