WWE had plans to run an NXT UK TakeOver event prior to the pandemic, but that event had to be nixed. There was some hope June 30th would be a safer date and a new time was set for NXT UK TakeOver: Dublin. Now that’s not happening either.

According to PW Insider, WWE has cancelled NXT UK TakeOver: Dublin. That June 30th event was selling tickets, but now the show has been removed from ticket retailers.

This event was a re-scheduled date from April 2020, and it was postponed numerous times. Obviously, the COVID-19 pandemic is still an issue and June 30th doesn’t look to be enough time for an event to take place.

It isn’t a huge surprise that WWE had to cancel this event again. As of this writing, no new date has been given for a make-up event. NXT UK fans will have to wait a bit longer for TakeOver: Dublin. We’ll have to see if they try it again later.
