WWE’s dealings with Konstantine Kyros and his massive concussion lawsuit has ended. Now the Supreme Court is getting involved to close the case.

According to PW Insider, The Supreme Court of Connecticut will officially decline to hear any arguments from the lawsuit. Konstantine Kyros tried to take this case to a higher court, but they won’t even hear the case.

Now that the previous dismissals have held up in court, Kyros’ lawsuit against WWE that involved dozens of former Superstars, some who wrestled a majority of their careers outside of WWE, will officially be dropped.

This is a big win for WWE as they put the class action concussion lawsuit behind him. Konstantine Kyros’ case was riddled with issues from cut and pasting a section from an NFL lawsuit to many failed attempts at litigation.

WWE is also actively going after Kyros to recoup their legal expenses as a result of this drawn-out lawsuit. WWE was looking for more than $570,000 in legal fees and an additional $39,000 in other related costs.
