WWE is making some big changes to their announce teams. The RAW announce team has a brand new look as Adnan Virk was brought in alongside Corey Graves and Byron Saxton. Now the blue brand is getting another big addition.

The company confirmed today that Pat McAfee will be joining Friday Night SmackDown’s announce team as an analyst. WWE confirmed this today with a very short write-up on their official website.

WWE today announced that Pat McAfee will debut as the new analyst for Friday Night SmackDown tonight at 8 pm ET live on FOX.

McAfee dropped the news on the WWE Universe with a huge social media announcement on Friday morning.

Pat McAfee commented on this by saying that his dreams are coming true tonight. This will change the tone of SmackDown in a big way. We’ll have to see how he does with his new position, but McAfee has plenty of announcing and pro wrestling experience under his belt at this point.
