Peyton Royce Released From WWE Contract

WWE decided to cut both members of the IIconics today. Billie Kay was announced as one of the first releases that the company made today, and Peyton Royce has joined her.

The company quietly added Peyton Royce’s name to the list of releases today. That list included Mickie James, Chelsea Green, Samoa Joe, Kalisto, Tucker, and others.

Peyton voiced her frustration about her WWE position in recent memory. Now it appears that she will be free to explore her options. AEW seems like a likely landing pad for Royce at this junction since she is married to Shawn Spears.

We will have to see Billie Kay and Peyton Royce’s recent releases also opens up the opportunity for them to reunite somewhere else in the future.
