WWE Superstar Missed WrestleMania Due To Illness

WrestleMania was a huge show for any Superstar who could appear on the grandest stage of them all. Carmella’s former sommelier Reginald Thomas was nowhere to be seen.

NXT Superstar Amale tweeted out to wonder where Reginald was during WrestleMania. He replied: “malade,” which translates to “sick” from French.

It’s unclear what his specific illness was, but WWE’s strict COVD-19 protocol won’t allow someone to enter the premises if they’re feeling under the weather at all.

Reginald would have likely been alongside Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler during their WWE Women’s Tag Team Title defense on night two. Jax and Baszler won their match, so now Reginald can continue leading the champs to the ring.

Hopefully, Reginald is okay, but that illness was apparently enough to keep him off WrestleMania this year.
