WWE Teases Big Change For Roman Reigns’ WrestleMania Match

Roman Reigns is set to defend the WWE Universal Title in a triple threat match at WrestleMania 37. Edge and Daniel Bryan could win the title without pinning Reigns or making him submit. That is not okay with the Tribal Chief.

During SmackDown this week, Roman Reigns was not happy about the triple threat stipulation. He made a point to say that it is not fair he has to defend the title in that situation.

Sonya Deville, who has been acting as an assistant for Adam Pearce, said backstage that the stipulation isn’t fair. No other mention was made that WWE will change this match, but Sonya Deville did seem like she was trying to convince WWE Official Adam Pearce to see things The Tribal Chief’s way.

Deville said: “I think at WrestleMania it needs to be Roman Reigns vs Edge in a singles match.”

We’ll have to see if this is foreshadowing for something yet to come. WrestleMania 37 could be a very unexpected event, to say the least. You can check out the clip below.
