WWE carried on through the COVID-19 pandemic and they didn’t skip a week of original programming. They did have some positive cases, but the company stresses making good decisions. That might not be the case for some Superstars.

According to Fightful Select, Vince McMahon has “gotten particular” about wrestlers being safe during the pandemic. There was a recent incident with someone being at a theme park without a mask on that “set Vince McMahon off”

There was a particular incident of a wrestler or staff member at amusement parks unmasked weeks back that set Vince McMahon off after he had made it clear he wanted wrestlers taking more precautions as a result of COVID-19 risks.

Vince McMahon has fired off several message about the subject “either directly or indirectly to talent as a result of this.” This was especially stressed on the days leading up to the Super Bowl. He didn’t want Superstars at any Super Bowl parties without a mask on.
