Shinsuke Nakamura was close to winning the gauntlet match a few weeks ago on SmackDown. He didn’t do all that bad in the Royal Rumble either. This was met with a lot of fans pulling for the King of Strong Style. He promises that he will return to the top.

Shinsuke Nakamura was not happy about failing to capture a Universal Title shot. He dropped a frustrated, yet promising promo where he vowed to reach the pinnacle of WWE’s blue brand. He will also make history in the process.

“This year I did not win the Royal Rumble, but all is not lost. My dream, no my purpose remain the same. I will be the first-ever Japanese WWE World Heavyweight Champion. The Royal Rumble is only one path of my journey.”

“I will find another way to climb the mountain. My journey is not finished yet. Life goes on, come on!”

Shinsuke Nakamura is determined to make history, and he just might do it. We’ll have to see what’s in his future, but the top of WWE has alluded the former NXT Champion time and time again. He’s obviously not giving up.
