What Day WWE NXT Will Likely Move To With NHL Taking Wednesdays

NBC Sports Network is shutting down. This will cause a big shift in the television landscape when it comes to sports. Now NXT is looking at a move from Wednesday nights.

We previously reported that WWE NXT will most likely need to move days from Wednesday. This is due to the NHL’s double-header games likely moving in. The big question is what day USA Network will move NXT to.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer said that the likely days for NXT are Tuesdays or Thursdays, but Thursday is most likely.

“So that’s a real interesting thing there. So, if they keep them then there’s a real good chance that NXT will be moved to most likely to Thursday, but it could be Tuesday.

This is a very new situation and the company memo just went out yesterday. There is also possibility that the NHL could eventually conflict with WWE RAW.
