Impact Wrestling’s ownership has changed hands a few times since the company was founded. Does Tony Khan want a crack at the TNA brand?

AEW and Impact Wrestling have a partnership now. Impact Wrestling’s co-executive vice president Don Callis has appeared on Dynamite for several weeks. The Good Brothers are also jumping over the Impact Wrestling. Private Party is now in line to face Gallows and Anderson for their Impact Wrestling Tag Team Titles as well.

During the AEW Dynamite post-show, Tony Schiavone fielded several questions. He was asked if Tony Khan would be interested in purchasing Impact Wrestling from their current owners Anthem Wrestling Exhibitions. This question received a very short, but clear response.

“No.”

Tony Khan has appeared on Impact Wrestling in the form of paid advertisements. Those segments have been ongoing for a few weeks now, and they are quite entertaining. He was also seen at ringside during Impact Wrestling this week, writing away in his little notebook.

We’ll have to see what comes from AEW and Impact Wrestling’s partnership, but Tony Khan isn’t looking to purchase them.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
