WWE will sometimes switch up a Superstar’s name prior to them making a big splash on television. Now two NXT Superstars have new monikers that fans will get to know.

The company has changed Tony Gill’s name to Rohan Raja. Gill used to be known as Gursinder Singh in Impact Wrestling where he was a member of the Desi Hit Squad. He signed with NXT in the Fall of 2019

Emily Andzulis also received a name change and she will be known as Ivy Nile. She is a former contestant on The Rock’s Titan Games on NBC.

Two trainees of The Great Khali also received name changes. Laxmi Kant Rajpoot is now being called Guru Raaj, and Sukhwinder Grewal will be known as Giant Zanjeer. Both of them, along with Rohan Raja, were announced for WWE’s upcoming Superstar Spectacle.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
