AEW celebrated the life of Mr. Brodie Lee this week on Dynamite, and it’s impossible to tell his story without mentioning Erick Redbeard. The former Erick Rowan showed up on AEW Dynamite, and it was a very emotional moment. What is going on with him and AEW?

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Rowan’s appearance was just a one-off surprise. There is no deal between the two sides, but obviously, that can always change in the upcoming weeks.

Regarding Erick Rowan, his deal was just to make a special appearance on the Brodie Lee tribute show as a surprise. Obviously anything can change in the future

It appeared that the Dark Order accepted Rowan as family during that very emotional moment in the ring. John Silver and Adam Page hugging Rowan is a sight that many fans will never forget. We’ll have to see what’s in the future, but right now there are no plans to bring in Rowan for a longer stay in AEW.
