WWE hasn’t been able to have live fans at events for quite a while. NXT is currently in the Capitol Wrestling Center, and they do have minimal live fans. It’s still not the same as touring arenas full of the WWE Universe.

During his media conference, Triple H was asked about bringing back live fans and the possibility of when they will run house shows again. He doesn’t know when they will be able to bring back live fans, but when they do there will be one crazy show happening.

“Boy, if I could answer that question with any accuracy it would be phenomenal, right? For everybody. I hope. People ask me ‘what’s the one thing I hope happens soon in 2021, Even if I could look at it selfishly, just getting back to what we do. Packed arenas, packed houses, loud live crowds. They are the WWE. All those fans. Those people, their voices, their passion. Their passion for what we do — it’s barren without them. We’re doing the best we can do, but to get them back, there will be nothing like it. I cannot tell you how much, top to bottom, talent and management, we miss the fans. I can’t wait until that first one that we can go full-tilt on, it’s going to be crazy.”

We’re all still living in the middle of a pandemic. A vaccine is on the way, but that won’t be an instant cure. There will be many months of trying to get back to normal. Whenever live fans can return to WWE events once again, they’ll be planning something big.
