WWE had to change their situation when the pandemic hit. They needed to continue running weekly shows, but they had to stop touring. This also caused a change in Vince McMahon’s situation.

According to Fightful, Vince McMahon was “stowed away in his office” on most days when they were at the WWE Performance Center. This changed a bit when they moved to the Amway Center.

McMahon is actually sitting in the Gorilla Position a lot more now on the SmackDown side, something that wasn’t taking place as much leading up to the pandemic.

We have been told that he has been attending the tapings and sitting in Gorilla for the shows, which wasn’t happening very often on the Smackdown side for the months leading up to the pandemic.

Vince McMahon wasn’t around SmackDown on most days prior to the pandemic. Now he’s around much more often. It was widely known that Vince McMahon wasn’t around the WWE PC during those tapings. He had no idea that mask wearing and social distancing had become lax until Kevin Owens brought it to his attention.

As Ringside News exclusively reported, Daniel Bryan has also been sitting on headset with Vince McMahon during those SmackDown shows so he can learn how they are produced.
