Finn Balor showed up as Io Shirai was celebrating after a successful NXT Women’s Title match. He had a lot to say, but so did Pat McAfee.

Balor showed up and said that the last time fans saw him he defended the NXT Title with a broken jaw in two places. He now has plates in his jaw, and that means he’s “one bad son of a bitch.”

Pat McAfee entered next and he cut a promo on Balor. McAfee listed off all of the NXT Superstars that they have killed in the last few weeks. Then McAfee and his stable of Oney Lorcan, Danny Burch, and Pete Dunne circled the ring.

McAfee told Balor to give up the title, but Finn Balor said that “it’s easy to play when the cat’s away, but the cat is back.” Then Balor said that he brought some friends.

The Undisputed Era returned and they took the fight to McAfee’s stable. They all brawled around the ring as the crowd chanted: “NXT.”
