WWE Survivor Series is November 22nd, and the company has a lot of room to go when it comes to booking the SmackDown side. Two spots were taken by Kevin Owens and Jey Uso on the men’s team. The rest of their team is down to only a few select people.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that the blue brand has a few options, but they are limited. The field is even more narrow if you consider the current trajectory of the Superstars listed as possibilities.

It was written that “the key people open to those three spots look to be Big E, Otis, Seth Rollins, Lars Sullivan, Rey Mysterio and Murphy.”

We already have a very good idea that Otis likely won’t get one of those spots. Vince McMahon totally dumped the idea of pushing him or Tucker.

Seth Rollins and Murphy are possibilities, and they would make good partners on the SmackDown team, but their services might be better served elsewhere on the card. Lars Sullivan is currently getting a huge monster push. If he won a spot on the blue team that could also set up a face-to-face with Braun Strowman.

It’s unknown when Rey Mysterio will be ready for his in-ring return. At last report, he was at “99%,” but that doesn’t mean he’s cleared to compete just yet.

It was also said that Drew McIntyre is likely to take the remaining spot on the men’s team for RAW. We exclusively reported that McIntyre was planned for the Captain position on Team RAW on October 26th. Let’s see what Vince McMahon decides to make official.
