Teddy Hart is incarcerated yet again, but now the 40-year-old pro wrestler has a change of location.

According to PW Insider, Teddy Hart, real name Edward Annis, was booked in Tarrant County Jail in Fort Worth, Texas on October 22nd. He was brought in after being named a “fugitive from justice” in the state on May 4th.

Hart was just sentenced to ten days incarceration last month in Virginia. According to Texas records, Hart is facing charges of Injuring a child/elderly/disabled person, evading arrest with a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.

There are the exact charges he was arrest for back in December 2016, so it would appear Annis’ arrest is related to a probation or parole violation that led to the warrant being issued for his arrest and return to Texas.

It is not 100% clear why Teddy Hart was supposed to have a hearing in Richmond about potentially being extradited to another jurisdiction. He was transferred from Richmond City Jail to Tarrant County Jail this week. It was noted that his hearing in Richmond was “cancelled after whatever was preventing him from returning to Texas was resolved.”
