Sonya Deville escaped a very scary situation when a man named Phillip Tomas II broke into her house with the intention to kidnap her. He was arrested and is facing multiple charges.

Thomas was in virtual court on October 12th regarding the attempted kidnapping. His next appearance is on December 15th where he must attend in person.

He is facing charges of Aggravated Stalking which is a third degree felony, Armed Burglary of a Dwelling which is a felony punishable by life in prison, and Armed Kidnapping for Ransom or Reward or Hostage which is another felony punishable by life in prison. He is also facing a misdemeanor charge of Criminal Mischief for Less Than $200.

According to Wrestling Inc, Thomas’ mail has been going to Sonya Deville’s home. While he was incarcerated, he gave Sonya Deville’s address as his own. The proper authorities corrected this issue so she is not receiving his mail anymore, but court records still show Thomas’ address as Deville’s residence. This was an intentional move by Thomas so Deville continued receiving reminders of him which could be used against him as an example of further harassment.

Sonya Deville also has an injunction hearing against Thomas on November 12th.

On a happier note, it seems that Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose were able to reconcile things. They recently posed together in a swimsuit photo where they looked closer than ever.
