The second night of the WWE Draft continues tonight on RAW. They already went through SmackDown’s Draft Pool, and made some big decisions. Night two should be eventful as well.
WWE drafted the SmackDown Tag Team Champions New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) to Raw. That split up the stable. It was previously reported that the Street Profits are headed to the blue brand. Ringside News has been able to confirm this is happening unless Vince McMahon changes his mind. The company is also trying not to break up couples. Bianca Belair’s move to SmackDown was a big clue that the Street Profits will follow her.
We have also heard a very strong rumor that Bray Wyatt and Alexa Bliss are both headed to Raw as part of the draft. Both of their names are up for grabs tonight.
Braun Strowman is also expected to be drafted by the red team this year. His recent appearances on Raw Underground was a way for the Monster Among Men to ease into the Raw roster. Now they will make it official with the Draft. It’s unknown what WWE is going to do about Strowman’s Universal Title match on SmackDown this week. It’s likely to happen, but it’s a moot point since Strowman will likely be on a different brand.
Bayley is also expected to be drafted by SmackDown. This will keep Asuka and Bayley on the shows where they hold titles.
The same is true for WWE IC Champion Sami Zayn. Since Bobby Lashley was picked by Raw as a member of the Hurt Business, it’s expected that Zayn will remain on SmackDown.
