WWE Has Given Up On Lacey Evans Again

WWE can sometimes have a plan in place for a Superstar when they get called up from NXT, but that doesn’t mean it always goes according to plan. This was the case for countless Superstars before, and it seems Lacey Evans found herself in that situation as well.

For the past two weeks, Lacey Evans ate a Sister Abigail from Alexa Bliss on the outside of the ring. This brutal spot didn’t give Evans much after she was destroyed by Bliss.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer mentioned that Vince McMahon has given up on pushing her yet again. There was a time when she was thought to have momentum behind her, but that just didn’t pan out. Now she is being used as a way to trigger Alexa Bliss and get destroyed for it.

We’ll have to see if WWE tries something new with Lacey Evans. She was a babyface for a while, and they were starting to use her natural charisma and inspirational backstory on television. Then she turned heel once again and started losing even more.
