WWE Retribution Names Possibly Revealed For Mia Yim & Mercedes Martinez

WWE’s Retribution stable received new names this week, but two members were not christened with new monikers. Mia Yim and Mercedes Martinez might be without names, but new trademark filings could have spoiled that.

The company filed trademarks for T-Bar, Slapjack, and Mace on September 21st. They also included trademarks for “Reckoning” and “Retaliation.” Those two additional properties could be the names intended for Mia Yim and Mercedes Martinez.

The names that WWE picked for the male members of Retribution received a lot of attention, and not for the best reasons. Urban Dictionary has quite interesting alternate meanings for those names.

CM Punk also had something to say about Retribution, but it was more about Slapjack’s mask. T-Bar was quick to defend his stablemate.

Retribution could evolve into an idea with a big future, but at this point it seems that Vince McMahon is still booking this angle as he goes.
