AEW Announces Packed Show For Special Saturday Night Dynamite

AEW Dynamite will not air next week as usual. The NBA Playoffs are knocking AEW out of their time slot for a bit, but they are bringing a huge episode to August 22nd, the next time they will air on TNT. The special episode will start at 6:00 PM EST.

A special episode of AEW Dynamite is airing on Saturday, August 22nd. If that date sounds familiar then it should because that’s the same date as NXT TakeOver: XXX.

During AEW Dynamite this week, they booked a big match for that August 22nd show. Cody will defend the AEW TNT Title against Mr. Brodie Lee.

FTR will take on Private Party in a tag team match in a real clash of styles. The Elite will take on The Dark Order as well.

The finals of the Women’s Tag Team Tournament will also happen on August 22nd. Darby Allin will be in action as well, but his opponent was not revealed.

The Lucha Bros will team with Butcher & The Blade to take on The Natural Nightmares and The Jurassic Express. This should be a packed episode to draw fans to a special air time for AEW Dynamite.
